The county
Oxfordshire combines city-centre premises, science and business parks, distribution sites, industrial estates, schools, managed developments and rural commercial properties. A warehouse may need its cladding and yard cleaned together, while an occupied office or retail site needs the work planned around entrances, deliveries and customer movement. We survey those differences before we write the specification of works.
